Patient Service Coordinator
Jeanine is our Patient Service Coordinator and has been working in the dental field for 13 years and in orthodontics for the past 10 years. You will see her smiling face at every visit, at our front desk. “I love my job. I especially love watching the change that orthodontic treatment makes in our patient’s life.”
Jeanine has 4 beautiful daughters and 10 grandchildren. Her grandchildren are her everything! She loves spending time with her family when she is not in the office. She also enjoys Disneyland, the beach, sunrise, sunsets and just being outdoors.
Jill
Patient Relations Coordinator/Director of Marketing
Jill is a Patient Relations Coordinator and the Marketing Director in our office and has been on our team for almost 20 years. She has the pleasure of meeting and greeting our new patients and educating them on the benefits of orthodontics at any age. Jill also manages all community events and sponsorships that Dr. Curtis is involved with, as well as being the support to our referring general dentists.
Jill and her husband, Rodney, are originally from Canada and have been living in sunny Southern California for the past 23 years. They have 3 children, and enjoy the beach, walking, and spending time with friends and family.
Rachelle
Records Coordinator/ Registered Dental Assistant
Rachelle has been in the orthodontic field since 1991 and is the Records Coordinator in our office. She enjoys taking all the digital x-rays and other orthodontic records for our patients. She loves learning about all our patients and she strives to provide the best service with a warm heart and the best smile.
Rachelle is married to a wonderful man, Steven, and they share 4 amazing children. They enjoy spending time with their grandson, Levi, and are the proud parents of a United States Airman. In her spare-time she loves working out, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
Amber
Registered Dental Assistant
Amber is a Registered Dental Assistant that graduated from the Cerritos College RDA program and Orthodontic Assistant program in 2019. She interned at our office during the program and has worked alongside Dr. Curtis ever since. Amber is always providing an enjoyable and friendly experience to all patients here at the office.
When Amber is not in the office, she enjoys many outdoor hobbies with her fiance Cody including off-roading, snowboarding, backpacking, and going to Lake Havasu. Amber also has two dogs named Bear & Toby that join along during her adventures outside of work.
